the location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and lake. It was a great place to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of the area. The staff at this hotel were exceptional, speaking both English and Spanish and going above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. They were professional and attentive, taking care of every single detail to ensure a memorable experience. The rooms had a rustic charm to them, adding to the overall cozy and inviting atmosphere of the hotel. I especially loved the attention to detail and the little touches that made me feel valued as a guest, such as the complimentary wine and the early check-in they arranged for me. And let's not forget about breakfast – the sweet pastries were absolutely delicious!
Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect.

Beautiful views of ocean and mountains. Large rooms
Noisy - walls appear to be paper thin. Very overpriced for price/quality comparison. Poor breakfast

The view is amazing, rooms are huge, nicely decorated, and great bathroom. Dining room has a very good menu and staff are very friendly.
Free shuttle to town is a nice perk but they should announce when it leaves so guests waiting in lobby are not left behind

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and always ready to help with transportation to and from the city center. We loved the stunning view of the Bay and mountains from our spacious room. This hotel provided excellent breakfast and had clean facilities.
Can't fault anything about it.

A pleasant out-of-town hotel.
Half the rooms have sea view. Pleasant design. Effective heating.
Weak internet connection. Basic breakfast.

It is located on the sea/lake bank. If you can get room on the second floor with lake view, the sunset is fabulous, with the snow mountain as the background. Try the stairs outside the restaurant down the woods to the seaside, such a scenery!

Great mountain and channel views across from the hotel, perfect location for nature lovers. Friendly and helpful staff that was always available. The hotel shuttle was a plus, and the rooms and bathroom were nice and clean.
Food options were limited, especially for dinner, and the location was far from the city center. The road near the hotel was unpaved and dusty, making walking anywhere unpleasant.

The view from our room was gorgeous, lake and mountains, not a soul in site.
I chose the location because of the view and the promise of a shuttle in and out of town on a regular basis. After arrival we were told their combi bus had broken down months ago ane there was no shuttle service. The trip into town was 25 Pesos (us$8) each trip. In and out of town twice a day added us 35 -40 per day - since the hotel is 6km out of town it´s a considerable trek. For that reason and would not recommend the hotel and would not stay there again. Walls are thin, we heard neighbors on both sides.

The hotel had a convenient shuttle to the town which was about a 10-minute ride. The view from the hotel was breathtaking, it overlooks the Beagle Channel. The hotel location was great, down to a lovely stony beach area which had beautiful views of the Bay and the mountains. The staff was helpful and accommodating.
Some of the furniture inside the hotel was a bit outdated and in need of updating.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location outside of the city center was perfect for a peaceful stay. Perched on a hill, it offered stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The rooms were well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and I especially loved the touch of rustiqueness in the decor. Additionally, the breakfast served was a delight, with an assortment of delicious sweet pieces that satisfied my cravings.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory, nothing to complain about.

Great views of the channel and comfy rooms are the best aspects of this romantic retreat! The hotel offers a lovely walk along the beach for stunning views and is located in a peaceful residential area away from the hustle and bustle. The shuttle service and strong breakfast were much appreciated, as was the rustic decor that added to the cozy ambiance!
While the hotel had its charms, there were some negatives as well. The free shuttle van was too small and infrequent, forcing us to take pricier taxis to town, and the staff were not overly helpful or warm.
